Fall city, Washington America's first fesidential treatment center for internet addiction has opened its doors. For $14500, ReSTART offers a 45-day program to help patients break their obsession with cyberspace. The center uses a cold turkey approach (no computers and mobile phones on site) and residents are thaught basic human skills such as comunicating with others.
"It's about helping people addicted to technology get throught the withdraawal and help their brains get wired back to normal, says therapist Hilarie Cash, the executive director of the center.
